Information on the processing of personal data (EU Regulation 2016/679 - GDPR)
1. Data Controller

2. Type of Data Collected
For ticket purchases, including guest purchases, we collect each participant’s first and last name, email, phone number and Italian tax code or foreign document type, country and number. We also collect ticket choices and, separately, the status and evidence of consent to promotional emails.
3. Purposes of Processing
The collected data is processed for the following purposes:
- Management of contact or information requests.
- Execution of association membership and insurance coverage.
- Fulfillment of e-commerce orders (shipping, billing).
- Issuing and emailing tickets, assistance, event organisation and admission checks. Creating an account is not required.
- News, events and offers by email only with optional marketing consent, separate from the purchase and unchecked by default, followed by personal email confirmation. Declining does not prevent purchasing or receiving a ticket.
4. Storage and Security
Participant data is accessible only to authorised staff. Phone numbers and identity documents are separate from the campaign contact list. Stripe handles payment data. We retain information needed to manage tickets and meet applicable obligations; marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time.
5. User Rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by contacting the controller. You may withdraw promotional emails using the personal link in emails, without an account. Withdrawing does not cancel the ticket or stop communications necessary for the purchase.
