General conditions of use of the platform and services.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the "Meraki Experience" web platform and the services offered by the amateur sports association Meraki Experience. Access to and use of the site implies full acceptance of the following terms.
2. Membership and Enrollment
Participation in the activities organized by ASD Meraki Experience is reserved for regularly enrolled members in good standing with the annual membership. The purchase of packages or courses through the site does not replace the obligation to present the required medical documentation (non-competitive medical certificate).
3. Event Refunds and Cancellations
Tickets for workshops or special events are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organization. In such a case, a full refund or a voucher of equal value will be issued.
4. Changes to the Terms
ASD Meraki Experience reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the site.
